Washing
- Wash cold on a gentle or wool cycle with similar colours
- Use a mild, wool-specific detergent to preserve the softness and natural properties of the merino wool
- Avoid bleach, fabric softeners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the natural fibres
Drying
- Air dry only. Lay flat on a clean, dry towel in a shaded area away from direct sunlight
- Avoid hanging while wet, as the weight of the water can cause the wool to stretch or lose its shape
- Avoid tumble drying, as heat can cause merino wool to shrink or felt
Ironing
- If needed, iron on a low to medium wool setting with the garment inside out
- Alternatively, use a steamer gently to release wrinkles and refresh the fabric without applying excess heat
