Returns and Exchanges
At Aria Viale, we are dedicated to ensuring you feel confident and empowered in your purchase. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel, provided it meets our return conditions.
Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned in original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.

Returns are only accepted for garments that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Please take care when trying on items to avoid makeup, tan, or deodorant marks.
Non-Returnable Items

Worn, washed, or altered garments.

Items with stains, marks, or odours.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please email info@ariaviale.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will assess your claim and provide a solution if the fault is deemed a manufacturing defect. Items damaged through wear and tear or improper use are not considered faulty.
Refunds

Refunds will only be issued for items that meet our return conditions.

Refunds exclude all original shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
Exchanges
Due to the limited availability of our collections, exchanges are not guaranteed. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund, following the return process outlined below.
